Event Terms
1st Annual Harvest & Horsepower Car Show · October 3, 2026
By registering for the Harvest & Horsepower Car Show, you agree to the terms below. Please read them in full. Registration constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of every section.
By registering for the Harvest & Horsepower Car Show ("the Event"), I, the registered participant, on behalf of myself, my heirs, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and forever discharge The Red Barn Farm, The Little Red Schoolhouse, Harvest & Horsepower, and their respective owners, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, sponsors, and affiliates ("the Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, causes of action, suits, judgments, and liabilities of every kind and nature, whether known or unknown, that I may have or may hereafter acquire arising out of or related to my participation in the Event.
I acknowledge inherent risks. Participating in a car show involves risks, including but not limited to property damage to my vehicle, personal injury, or death, due to the actions of myself, other participants, attendees, weather, road conditions, equipment, or other causes. I voluntarily and freely assume all such risks.
I release the Released Parties from liability for property loss or damage. The Released Parties shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to my vehicle or personal property while at the Event venue, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I grant Harvest & Horsepower and the Released Parties the perpetual, royalty-free right to use my name, likeness, voice, and vehicle in photographs, videos, and other media captured at the Event, for promotional, marketing, and commercial use, without compensation.
I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions issued by Event organizers, and to operate my vehicle safely on the Event grounds at all times.
I am at least 18 years of age and have full legal authority to enter into this agreement. I have read this waiver in its entirety, understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily.
Registration is non-refundable. The Event is held rain or shine.
In the rare event of severe weather or other circumstances that force cancellation, the Event will be rescheduled to an alternate date and your registration will be honored on the new date. If rescheduling is not possible, your $25 entry fee will be credited toward a future Red Barn Farm event of equivalent value.
By registering, you agree that your $25 entry fee is non-refundable under any circumstances other than those stated above.
You're driving your car and parking it on a working farm with hundreds of strangers walking past. Things can go wrong — weather changes, car gets bumped in the lot, kid drops a snow cone on the hood. We're not on the hook for any of it, and we're going to take photos of your car and use them to promote next year's show. If we have to cancel for a hurricane, we'll either reschedule or roll your $25 forward. Otherwise, the $25 stays with us. Sign at your own risk, and have fun.
